Hey all!
Just wanted to share with you the sample cards I made for this weeks
OWH Midweek Throwdown Challenge, Using Kraft!
|
My Thoughts Today |
I think this is one of my personal favorites. I cut up the 12 squares at 1.25" and pieced them in a quilt pattern. Great way for using up scraps! The paper is Basic Grey's Serendipity and the sentiment is by Verve. That cute butterfly brad? I wish I could remember where it came from!

I Miss You |
Same Serendipity stack used on this card! It's such a pretty stack and all those papers match beautifully with one another. The sentiment is from the OWH Hero Arts set Year Round Sentiments. The image is from Whipper Snappers.
Thanks for stopping by and make sure to go play along!
I love your cards, they are so bright and cheerful!
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous! Thanks for the inspiration today!

Congrats on being featured on today's OWH sketch post. Such pretty cards! Love your use of twine with the sentiment -- and that tiny little butterfly on the first card.
ReplyDeleteI love them both, but the quilt pattern is a great inspiration because I've always had trouble lining inchies up straight. I think I could actually do this quilt pattern! Thanks for making cards for OWH!!
ReplyDeleteGreat Cards!
ReplyDeleteLove the colors/paper patterns
I especially like the bird card; so cheerful!
Thank you, thank you! your cards are great! I want to make a few more Any Hero cards to tuck in with my next shipment and was looking for some new ideas. Love these!
ReplyDeleteEnjoying the bird card. Never seems to look right when I put 2 different patterned papers on the the same card even with come from same pack with same colors in them...but see some nice one -- your card works really well.
ReplyDeleteI love the colors in the tweet card. Great idea using papers from a stack.
ReplyDeleteFabulous card and I'm so happy that your card inspired this week's OWH Sketch Challenge...great happy colors!!
ReplyDeleteLove both cards!!! Pinned both for future reference...thanks for sharing!
