Hey everyone! I'm here tonight with an Elmo card for the
Holiday Vacation Challenge #4. Making cards for our little heroes should be so much easier for me but it's not! The first card I'm going to show you is one I've been working out for awhile and the second is one I came up with today to make life a little less challenging.

Elmo and Friends |
This card was a tough one. Figuring out the right size and then manipulating my punches..ehh headache. I promise to follow up with some instructions to prevent the headache for the rest of you!

Elmo |
This is the one I made tonight. Elmo is the easiest guy to recreate. I make a lot of Elmo faces but they always seem to disappear and wind up in my son's room. I was happy to use my new Seeing Spots EF but I'm still not in love with the card so please leave your suggestions! My son loves it but I'm a little indifferent.

One last card for you. My crafty friend who randomly is featured on my blog created this one for the
OWH Sketch Challenge #48. He used the Diamond Plate EF and the stamp set was from Inkadinkado.
Well I hope you've all enjoyed! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!
Samantha I LOVE that Elmo card.!!! may need to case it. I think it is fabulous just the way it is!!!
ReplyDeleteLOVE.Cool that your background papers look a lot like Legos.
ReplyDeleteI love it just the way it is! I'm going to keep an eye out for your instructions because there is no way I would ever have the patience to figure Elmo out on my own! TFS
ReplyDeleteI love the Elmo card too! Love that EF and its lego-look. I think kids would love it - your son is right :) And your 'friend' - is uber talented. I like the idea of splitting an image in three, I may be able to handle that!
ReplyDeleteCute, cute, cute! thanks for playing in our challenges at Operation Write Home Samantha :)
ReplyDeleteThis card is so Cute. I love it.
