OWH Bunny Hop

Hey there bunny hoppers!  I hope you are enjoying all the wonderful cards along the OWH Bunny Hop.  There are 135 stops on this hop so if you get lost along the way or if you've found yourself here by another link please stop back at the start at OWH Stars and Stamps.  You're on the right track if you came from Kyra's blog.
OWH Bunny Hop
The theme for this hop was to create a spring card.  Since I don't have any bunnies or chicks my best bet was spring flowers and soft colors.  I attempted sewing paper for the first time with this card.  I am so addicted!  It adds such pretty touch and I love any reason to break out my old sewing machine!  I struggled with adding a sentiment so I left it off.  I think it looks more complete without one.  {Supplies:  SU For All You Do 115360, Basic Pearls 119247, Old Olive Taffeta Ribbon 119767, Brights DSP 117155, Sending Love DSP (Clearance Rack 117153), Old Olive CS 100702, Whisper White CS 100730, Stampin' Dimensionals 104430}

The Easter card deadline for OWH is March 18th and Mother's Day cards need to be to the shippers by March 31st.  A great link to keep bookmarked on the OWH site is the one for the Holiday Deadlines.  When your friends are thinking about Halloween you are already shipping Christmas cards to OWH.  Staying ahead of the deadlines is a great help to our shippers.

Well, I hope you have enjoyed my card and that you still have enough in you for the remaining 35 blogs!  Next on the hop is Mariam.  Happy Hopping!

  41. You did so much better than I did my first time stitching on paper! Your card is gorgeous, and I agree that a sentiment would have detracted from it. I do this a lot so they can be used past a certain holiday. Thanks your hubby for his service and thanks to you and your family for supporting him! Thanks for supporting OWH!
